1. Controller

The provider listed in the imprint is responsible for the processing of personal data.

2. Data collected on website access

When you visit truvolt.de, our server collects technically necessary data: IP address (anonymized in server logs, 7-day retention), user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Hosting on Vercel (EU region). No further evaluation or transfer beyond what is technically necessary.

3. Locally stored data

The app only stores technically necessary entries in your browser's localStorage: anonymous device ID (UUID, no personal reference), language preference, cookie banner acknowledgment. This data stays on your device and can be removed at any time via 'Settings → Delete data'.

4. Third parties

We use: Supabase (database, EU); MapTiler (map tiles, EU); OpenStreetMap Nominatim (geocoding, EU); THG affiliate partners (only on explicit user action with tracking token). No tracking or analytics cookies are set.

5. User rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability under GDPR Art. 15–22. For anonymously stored data, identification of your record without your device ID is not possible; use the 'Delete data' function in settings.

6. Right to complain
